Leslie began her career in 1989 at Bank IV in downtown Wichita. As Bank IV became Boatmen’s Bank, NationsBank and finally Bank of America, Leslie became manager of back office operations with employees nationwide and in India. She was the lead in building expansion efforts in Wichita and managed the migration of multiple nationwide processes that added approximately 200 local jobs.
Leslie is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified by Bank of America as well as LEAN and Process Excellence certified. Leslie’s experience translates beyond banking as she managed people, processes, procedures, operations, risk and quality. Today Leslie’s responsibilities include Quality Assurance, where she ensures all Hotel properties are compliant with brand standards and exceed guest expectations. As well as Training, where she develops training needed to maintain exceptional service, increase sales and promote ongoing performance development, and monitors employee training certification for compliance.
Leslie grew up in Garden City, Kansas and attended Wichita State University. She married her High School sweetheart, Kirk, in 1994 and they had a son, Jake, in 1998. Leslie and her husband love to cheer for their son in football and enjoy time outdoors and with friends and family.
